Roscoe Village

Roscoe Village is an amazing neighborhood and has become increasingly popular over the past ten years. Roscoe Village is a neighborhood which is bounded by the streets of Addison on the north, Belmont Avenue on the south, Ravenswood on the east and the Chicago River to the west. This community was officially established in 1977, and was once home to one of Chicago’s greatest best amusement parks called RiverView Amusement Park. The street that runs through the middle of Roscoe Village, Roscoe Street, offers some of the best restaurants. There is Mexican, American family friendly, Mediterranean to Sushi to Vegetarian. There are great shops, clothing boutiques, bakeries, wine stores,  watering holes, and of course, coffee shops. Roscoe Village has a great kids park with water on the corner of Damen and Belmont and many flock there in the warm summer months. One huge neighborhood event in the summer, is the annual Retro on Roscoe music and food festival!

There is a diverse supply of real estate in Roscoe Village including: starter single family residences to multi-million dollar single family homes, one-four bedroom condos, to multi-unit investment properties.

Roscoe Village is centrally located and within minutes to other great neighborhoods. There is access to public transportation using the CTA brown line at Paulina and Lincoln Avenue, and Addison and Lincoln, about 4-5 blocks from the center of Roscoe Village.
