Selling real estate is a process. Finding that experienced successful real estate broker can be paramount in reaching your objectives which include getting the most money for your property.
I have a three step process when introducing myself to my clients so they understand how I work.
1. Ask you a series of questions to fully understand your situation and objectives.
2. Come out to your home where you will show me around as if I were the potential buyer. Once there, I will be taking thorough notes. You will show me everything you love about your home and we will identify any potential challenges when marketing your home.
3. I will prepare a comprehensive market analysis. We will set up a time for you to come to my office where I will present a strategic marketing plan and we will discuss pricing. If everything looks okay, we will sign the listing agreement and get started.
